We gladly accept returns and cancellations
Contact Anyacollection.com within 3 days of delivery.
Ship items back within 14 days of delivery.
Request a cancellation within 2 hours of purchase.
We do not accept exchanges.
Please contact Anya Collection if you have any problems with your order.
The following items cannot be returned.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective. We cannot accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized products.
- Intimate products (for health/hygiene reasons) ie; earrings, ear climbers or piercing jewelry
Condition of returns:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If purchased with free shipping the original cost of shipping your package will be deducted from your refund. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value
To be eligible for a return, your purchase must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be partially refunded
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
We process refunds as soon as the product arrives and has been inspected and approved. Once we have notified you that we have received and approved your return; If you have not received a refund contact your credit card company or payment processor.

You will be responsible for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $50, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that the shipping service you use will deliver a return order.
